Every time I'm in Vallejo I make it a point to stop at Sacs!! I've been going here for years!!! Never disappoints! The Cheese Dog is the best!!!

It's been awhile since I have come in. It was a very pleasant experience coming in. The customer service was amazing and the hot dogs are still just as yummy. I tried the chili from my son's dog and still good. Happy we came in!!!

This place is a must-try if you're in the Vallejo area! It was my first time and the employees were so charming and friendly! I saw that they were serving Icee's here and I was sold. What I ordered: - cheese dog, extra onions, extra cheese: I definitely did not need the extra cheese, they already pack on so much regularly (not complaining)!! - cherry icee: The flavoring to ice ratio was AMAZING even 'til the last drop! The best part is their freshly grated cheese! I only wish that the hot dog was a tiny bit thicker so that I could taste more hot dog under all of those delicious toppings. I would definitely be coming back to try all of the other combinations.

What can i say about sacs that has not been said already. If you grew up in the area, it's just part of the bay area's history. Classic hot dog shop with an interior that hasn't changed much if at all in my 38 years of life and it never should. Walk in and straight up to order. Small easy menu. I had the sacs original tasty dog. Is it the best hot dog i have ever had? No, but the history, excellent customer service, decor and the fact I can still get a tasty dog for around 7 bucks, will keep me coming back when i am in the area and craving a tasty dog. This hot dog gets a 7.8 out of ten on my hot dog scale but the business as a whole, gets classic perfect 10/10 score for me.

I absolutely love coming here to get my hot dog craving fix! Very generous portions to the point that they fight to close the lids, and they're very accommodating to how you want it. This is a fork and knife kind of dog, and the flavor is very nostalgic. Personally, I think its in part to the service they provide. Everyone is always so fast but friendly; truly, they're what makes Sac's a neighborhood favorite

If anyone asks if I want a Sacs I never say no! Best hotdog in town. I love their chili as well. Lately they have been having fresh watermelon and fresh baked goods as well...and these extra items you will not be disappointed. Staff could improve in customer service (the ones who assemble the hotdogs). There are two amazing cash register hostess who should be commended of the warm spoken and customer friendly attitude the, older lady and older man. Very nice people! When it's raining or too hot outside they ask to come in and wait. They work hard multitasking, cleaning tables, doors, getting the drinks and chips ready! Ambiance: it's a small building. I like the special touches of seeing our fellow officers, ambulance and firefighters patches!!

Working-class Vallejo neighborhood staple. About 5-6 tables for dine-in. Ambiance is very 1950s hot dog culture. $6.55 for the most basic hot dog lovingly prepared with chopped or sliced onion, pickled relish, sliced tomato and mustard. If you want ketchup, just ask. The staff here are kind and attentive. The chili is just OK in my opinion, but I like their customer-focused attitude. That says a lot. I was greeted by all three of the staff working there. They all wore smiles and took their work seriously. I really felt appreciated as a customer. That is rare in this day and age. Please keep patronizing this fantastic joint.

Sac's Tasty Hotdogs is unquestionably one of Vallejo's standout restaurants to explore. It's a very small place, but there are many people who visit, forming long lines along the sidewalk. I love the interior design of the restaurant, which really adds charm to their overall business. Their hotdogs are considered among the best, if not the best, hotdogs in the entire Solano County, and I wholeheartedly agree! Priced just under $5, you receive an abundance of condiments with it. They generously fill it with cheese, chili, jalapeno, tomato--whatever your heart desires. Sac's is definitely worth a trip to visit.
